At the heart of Premaberg separation/filtration products will be found the chevron shaped vertical blades, which by a combination of their clever design with a tortuous path and catchment pockets, remove water droplets from air. Additional stages of filtration and/or separation may be added depending on individual requirements.
Single Stage Separators are designed to remove visible moisture and heavy spray from airstreams at the intake to engine rooms and other areas where water ingress has to be eliminated. More information >

Three Stage Separators are the elite high efficiency air intake systems for removing airborne salt spray and aerosol droplets from air streams at the intake to sophisticated machinery operating in a marine environment. Weather Louvres with
high water removal capacity and efficiency, combined with low pressure
drop, are designed to offer good protection normally on offshore oil and
gas platforms, for forced and naturally ventilated areas. They are capable
of handling sea generated spray, fog and heavy rainfall. Simple louvres,
with horizontal blades are also available.

Mud Room Scrubbers (MRS
units) have been developed in co-operation with major offshore operators,
and use water scrubbing sprays to remove airborne solid particles from
the extract air stream from shale shakers, mud room ventilation systems
on offshore platforms and drilling rigs.
